Bellagio: Five pools flank the central walkway, accented by Italian cypresses, olive trees and climbing vines. This Mediterranean-inspired retreat also includes fountain pools and sumptuous whirlpools. Misting systems keep things cool in the cabanas that line the conveniently located Pool Café.
Caesars Palace: Architects of the 4.5-acre Garden of the Gods pool complex drew inspiration for the garden design from the Baths of Caracalla near Rome. Guests can rotate between four heated outdoor swimming pools and two whirlpools. Plenty of poolside dining and bar options keep visitors satiated. And when in Rome, go bare while sunbathing. Caesars sections off an area for adults who wish to minimize their tan lines.
Flamingo: Hidden on the grounds of this veteran Strip hotel is a tropical-themed oasis. In addition to three pools, the facility offers poolside table games, dining at the Flamingo Beach Club and shopping in the lagoon pool's retail area. New in 2007 is the Flamingo “GO” pool. Nestled in the lush garden foliage and available to guests who are at least 21 years old, this hot spot touts “European” (i.e., topless) sunbathing during regular pool hours. "GO" features bright, modern décor with daybeds, full-service cabanas, poolside massages and cocktails. Near the pools is the 15-acre outdoor Flamingo Wildlife Habitat, home to real flamingos—plus other feathered friends such as swans, ducks and pheasants—and fish that swim in the sparkling streams beneath waterfalls.
Golden Nugget: The only downtown spot to make our list, this gem’s latest attraction is the Tank, a $30 million pool that contains a 200,000-gallon shark tank. Adventure-seekers can plunge through the tank on a three-story waterslide, with sharks swimming inches away. Guests can catch their breath and wet their whistles at the pool’s new Dive Bar, which stays open into the wee hours.
Green Valley Ranch: Located east of the Strip in Henderson, Nev., is Green Valley Ranch. The resort’s 30,000-square-foot spa in the pool area offers an escape from the desert heat and neon lights. In addition to the Pond’s refreshing waters, the day spa’s features include Zen-inspired design, a VIP lounge, an indoor whirlpool and locker rooms.

1. 15-03-2008 08:33 Bellagio pool Living like a king is what you expect when staying at the Bellagio and that is what I received! The Bellagio Suite was wonderful and the fast trip down to the pool area was good, but once there, plenty of room for everyone with great bar service, nice warm water and lets just say a very elegant setting! I'll be back again...... Written by
